This Cosy apartment of 88 m2 is for short term rent for holidays and is situated in Péreybère on the north cost of Mauritius, 200 meters off the coastal Road and a few minutes from Merville Hotel
The residence offer a very nice place to live in, the garden is well maintained.

The apartment has just been renovated and offers comfort of a sweet secure house to couples, families,seniors and for corporate bookings too. This self caering apartment is approximately 800 meters from the beautiful beach of Péreybère. Approximately 5 minutes drive of Grand Baie Sea Resort Town. In Grand Baie you will find shops, supermarkets, banks, nightclubs, doctors, restaurants, hair dresser, bars, hotels... Péreybère is approximately 45 minutes drive away from Port Louis the Capital and 10mins to Trou aux Biches. We are at approximately 200 meters of the bus stop. You can catch buses every 15 minutes.

Accommodation and Facilities:

Ground Floor
Small private garden.
Comfortable verandah with transats, armchairs and a BBQ
Living and Dining well furnished with a TV (TNT), radio cassette.
American kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, crockery, cutlery, kettle, glassware, pots). Laundry machine available.

First Floor:
One bedroom with double bed. Air con, Electronic safe, bedside lamps, wardrobe, electronic clock and mirror.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with orthopedic mattress, mattress cover, pillows, linen and remote controlled air conditioning. We do not provide beach towels.

The residence with 24 hours Security owns a big common swimming pool, a tennis court and parking area as well.
A maid 5 days a week.

Thank you so much for so warm and friendly meeting. It was the best holidays for us. We made offen barbecue on terrace in the evening and enjoy every minute to stay here.

Our trip lived up to all our expectations,the owners were fantastic hosts and all our needs were looked after during our nine (9) days visit, if you are not hiring a car it does not matter as the apartement is well situated to walk to Pereybere beach and to connect via taxi and bus 14 rupees bus to Grand bay and +/- 150 rupees taxi to Grand bay.
Our day trip to Ile aux cerf was fantastic at Rs 1000 rupees including transport and ....
All in all,everything was well received and have no problem in recomending this accommodation.

Les proprietaires sont des gens charmants et tres accueillant. Pour ce qui concerne le logement c est un tres tres bon rapport qualite-prix, il ne manque rien.
Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour sur l ile Maurice et nous esperons y revenir dans un proche avenir.
